Made with 95% Cotton and 5% Spandex

Directions for use

1. Clean & dry lips - moisture will not allow the tape to stick effectively.
2. Peel backing off the tape
3. Tuck in lips & keep them tucked
4. Press down firmly on the mouth area until a tight seal is achieved.
5. Untuck your lips.
It can take 2-3 weeks to fully adjust to using the mouth tape, as your breathing habits adjust.
